Gloomy Chicago

We recently moved, and in a bid to freshen up the place, we thought of rotating out our current set of pictures for something new. So I dug through my archives. Originally, I was lookin for an abstract of some waves, but nothing seems to quite fit.

On a whim, I converted this old 2014 picture I took of the Chicago skyline into black and white. Reckon it would work?

Dusk falls in Chicago

An open secret of the John Hancock building: to snap a photo of one of the best views of the Chicago cityscape, you don’t have to pay for the 360 Observation deck on the 94th floor, nor buy an expensive drink in the Signature Lounge on the 96th floor. Rather, the best view to be had is from the women’s bathroom on the 96th floor. And, it’s free!
